Refund policy

In-Store Purchases:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • L’Objet does not offer refund but exchange. Returns are only offered for faulty or damaged items.
  • You can exchange items within 14 days of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags/labels intact. Ex: EDP without cellophane cannot be returned and exchanged.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
  • Returns will be processed using the original method of payment (e.g., refund to card, cash, etc.).
  • Exchange or refund of item discounted due to a fault or damage are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • L’Objet does not offer store credit

Non-returnable or exchangeable items:

  • Personalised or bespoke items

Faulty Goods:

  • If the product is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
  • After 30 days and within 6 months, you are entitled to a replacement if the product develops a fault.

Online Purchases in store:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • You can return or exchange items within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Online orders can be returned in store. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • To return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition, unused, and with all labels intact.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalised or bespoke items.
  • Gift cards.

Faulty Goods:

  • If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately to arrange a free return and a full refund or exchange.
  • Faulty products can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Return:

  • In-store: Simply bring the item, along with your proof of purchase, to any of our store locations.
  • Online: Visit our website and follow the return instructions in your account or contact our customer service team for assistance.
